Orders & Shipping

You can track your order by visiting our Order Tracking page. Enter your order number and email address to see the current status. You'll also receive email updates at each stage of delivery.

We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 is applicable. Express delivery options are available at checkout.

Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days. Express delivery (available at extra cost) takes 2-3 business days. Delivery times may vary for remote locations.

You can change your delivery address within 2 hours of placing the order by contacting our support team. Once the order is shipped, the address cannot be changed.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 7-day easy return policy. Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Custom/personalized items cannot be returned.

Go to My Account > Orders, select the order, and click "Return Item". Choose the item(s) and reason for return. Our team will arrange pickup within 2-3 business days.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item passes quality check. The amount will be credited to your original payment method or wallet as per your preference.
