Returns

• Items returned within 7 days of their original delivery date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit.
• Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment used for purchase.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is defective or damaged.
• All sale items and customized/personalized jewelry are final purchases and non-returnable.
• Items must be in original condition with all tags, packaging, and certificates intact.

• Product unused and in original condition
• All original tags, certificates, and labels attached
• Original packaging intact (box, pouch, etc.)
• Invoice/proof of purchase available
• Within 7 days of delivery

✗ Not Eligible for Return:

• Products used or worn
• Damaged due to mishandling or negligence
• Custom/personalized jewelry items
• Items without original packaging and certificates
• Products marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance sales

How to Return

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return:

• Step 1: Login to your account and go to "My Orders" section
• Step 2: Select the order and click on "Return Item"
• Step 3: Choose reason for return and submit the request
• Step 4: Our team will review and approve your return request
• Step 5: Pack the item securely in its original packaging
• Step 6: We'll arrange a free pickup from your address (for eligible returns)
• Step 7: Once we receive and inspect the item, refund will be processed

Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
• The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method.
• For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer (please provide bank details).
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or defective product.
• You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are available for size or design changes within 7 days of delivery.
• The exchanged item must be of equal or higher value.
• If the new item is of lower value, the difference will be refunded to you.
• Exchange shipping charges may apply depending on the reason for exchange.
• Subject to availability of the requested item.

Damaged or Defective Products

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately.
• Provide clear photos of the product and packaging within 48 hours of delivery.
• We will arrange a free pickup and provide a full refund or replacement.
• No questions asked for genuine manufacturing defects.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
• Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but can be returned after delivery.
• To cancel an order, go to "My Orders" and click "Cancel Order".
• Refund for cancelled orders will be processed within 3-5 business days.
• Custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.
